Want to can your own food but don't know where to start? Local canner Angela Snyder is here to help. The whole process of canning will be covered from start to finish: the types of food that can be canned, what canners are out there, the different jars, rings, and lids that can be used, and the proper labels and storage methods to use when you're finished. Snyder will also explain the difference between water bed, dry, and pressure canning.
