Hello!

Hello everyone! School has just started and I know many of you have kids starting school this fall.I hope you all have a wonderful school year and remember that the library (and I) are here to help you and your child succeed in school.
September also means that we are gearing up for Storytime to start again. And we are busy planning fall events at the library.
This email newsletter format is a new way of letting you know what is going on at the library. I hope you find it informative and I always welcome your feedback. I also appreciate your patience as I try to figure out this new system! I apologize ahead of time for any 'weirdness' associated with me learning how to do this efficiently!

Storytime

Join us for storytime on Wednesdays at 10:30!
Storytime begins September 13 and continues through December 13.
Storytime is a forty minute program of high quality books, stories, songs, fingerplays, movement, puppets and more for children and a parent or caregiver. Storytimes are designed to enrich and support Early Literacy skills in a fun and engaging way. This storytime is best suited for children ages two through five. There is no need to register. Come when you can.

Artalicious Kids' Events @ the Library

Aralicious takes place this year on Friday, September 15 and Saturday, September 16. Click on the Artalicious logo above for more information about this arts festival.

Teen Zone Pop-Up

We're trying something new this year in the Teen Zone for kids in grades 6 - 12.
On the third Tuesday of the month in Sept, Oct. Nov. and Dec. we will host a 'pop-up' activity in the Teen Zone.
The first one is

Tuesday, September 19 and we'll have the very popular Button maker out so kids can create and make buttons.
