How do I get a library card?
Library cards are free to Adrian City residents and non-residents who own property within the city. Non-residents may purchase a card for an annual fee of $90. A seasonal card valid for 6 months may also be purchased for $45.

To Get a Library Card:
Visit the library and fill out an application form.
Present a valid driver's license/photo ID with your current address.
Current address can also be shown with a utility bill, pay stub or lease agreement. City property owners may show tax bills.
Minor children (under 18 years old) may obtain a library card but requires a parent/guardian signature and ID when applying. The parent/guardian signing the application is responsible for all fines, fees or damages to library materials charged to the minor's account.
