Sign Up for a Library Card
Library cards are free to those who either reside in or own property in the City of Adrian. Non-residents may purchase a card for an annual fee of $90. A seasonal card valid for 6 months may be purchased for $45. We also offer a corporate card for businesses located in the city of Adrian, click here for more information. For anyone just interested in accessing the library's digital/online resources, a virtual card is available for $10 per month. You can find more information about our virtual cards here.If you're not sure whether you live inside city limits, you can search by address on the State of Michigan's "Find Your Clerk" website. Or, feel free to call the library at 517-265-2265 and a staff member will be happy to help you find your home library in Lenawee County.
To Get a Library Card:
- Visit the library and fill out an application form.
- Present a valid driver's license or photo ID with your current address.
- Current address can also be shown with a utility bill, pay stub or lease agreement. City property owners may show tax bills.
- Minor children (under 18 years old) may obtain a library card but requires a parent/guardian signature and ID when applying. The parent/guardian signing the application is responsible for all fines, fees or damages to library materials charged to the minor's account.
