Computer & Internet Access

 

The Library has internet connected computers for adults, teens and youth. We have 12 internet connected computers available for use by adults 18+. The Teen Lounge offers four internet connected computers for teens ages 13-17. The Youth Department offers five internet connected computers, one computer loaded with educational games for younger children and two iPads loaded with educational games for preschoolers.
 

Using the Internet


To access one of our adult or teen Internet computers, your library card must be valid with fines less than $5. If you do not have a library card, we can issue you a guest pass. You do not need a library card or guest pass to access our Youth computers.
Be sure to save your files to a USB flash drive or web storage. For your protection, the ability to install new programs on public computers has been disabled.


Connecting to WiFi

Free WiFi is available to patrons with mobile devices throughout the library.

To connect to our WiFi service, select the network labeled "adlPublic" and click "I agree" on our internet usage policy. No password is needed. In addition, electrical data ports are located in the Café, Teen Zone, and Loft for wired access in the library. For instructions on how to print from your mobile device click here.


Printing 


You can print from any of our computers. Black and white copies are $0.25 per page and color copies are $0.35 per page. After you have sent your print jobs to our printer, come to the main desk to pay and have your items printed out. We also have mobile printing available, click here for more information.
