Those residing outside of the City of Adrian may be granted access to the library's electronic resources and online streaming services for $10/month or $90/year. This fee is non-refundable.

Payments must be made using a credit card via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to register for a virtual card. Once your card has been created, a staff member can walk you through the payment process.
